Positive: Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Location very good. Loved the Sand Flea bar & beach access.
Negative: Room was very dated. Old carpet & linoleum from 1970's' needs to be replaced. Although the condo was clean overall, due to age of flooring, we were afraid to go barefoot in the condo.

Positive: Convenient private beach and quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Really nice that it's not cold, highrise buildings. Beach chairs/toys/coolers in unit was a nice touch.
Negative: The shower containers were empty, and the water temperature control was very poor (the water temp would turn scalding/freezing suddenly). You still have to rent chairs and umbrella at the private beach.

Positive: The room was super cute and homie feeling. The beds were super comfortable. There were even board games for the kids, which was great. The home was fully stocked with pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The pool and hottubs were perfect after a long day at the beach! Also, it was amazing that we only had to drive right across the street to private parking to access the beach!
Negative: There were a couple of minor things that were wrong with the home, and that was the cracked refrigerator shelf, and the sliding glass door to the patio was super hard to open and close, also the washer was a bit moldy on the inside. But other than that the home was amazing and we had a fantastic time!
Summary: Great and comfortable place to stay!!
